Speaking from my awful experience, I would strongly recomment finding another baker for your cake if you want it done your way. For my son's birthday in January 2011, they agreed to everything I asked for and accepted the full payment and delivered a horrible set of cake, cupcakes and what I refuse to label as cakepops. They refunded only half the money claiming "time & travel expenses". We ended up getting the cake redone and fresh upcakes made by the pastry chef at the venue of the party the night before! I can supply evidence if anyone wants.
